The Sr. Dev Engineer (BE) is responsible for the system to work behind the scenes. Their role is to integrate the application with all required systems and services and provide clean and easy to use API for the frontend part of the system. Although their work is usually hidden from the user they bear full responsibility for the application functionality, performance and scalability. They know how to write clean modern APIs, integrate with legacy systems and work with databases.

The Back End developer is responsible for the system to work behind the scenes. User Experience (UX) Designing team has end-to-end responsibility for UX analysis and UX design for (digital) processes, interfaces, and customer communications from a customer/user perspective, while also helping improve (digital) processes. The purpose of these UX activities is to increase customer satisfaction, user-friendliness and accessibility of services to create an optimum, authentic and consistent Omni channel user experience.

Build state-of-the-art infrastructure for e-commerce, e-care/m-care applications based on microservices architecture. Ensure the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards. Work closely with the developers to understand and properly design the deployments & monitoring across different teams.

Applies profound product/ service knowledge to develop and maintain an attractive and compliant value proposition and delivery excellence for customers. Develops, manages, harmonizes and phases out the customer processes of products and services, as well as everyday customer sales.

Works within a multidisciplinary team or in an environment in which multidisciplinary teamwork is carried out. Is mainly responsible for testing and validating the quality of the software output through automated test scripts, and develop, coordinate, communicate and enforce testing schedules and critical deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct data analysis and report on business performance. Support project managers by providing insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Understand the relationship between Business Strategy, IT Development, Innovation and Operations. Provide foundation for developer's decisions and considerations while creating working software. Provide easy to consume Standards as code or binary primitives facilitating Strategy.
